Taco Bell - Saint Louis

I have a concerning history with this restaurant. We found plastic in the rehydrated fried beans inside one of my wife's burritos. When I contacted them about it, their legal team lied to me over the phone. We even consulted a lawyer regarding this issue. My advice is to avoid eating here and spending your money. If I could give them -5 stars, I would.

I decided to go to Taco Bell for lunch and check out the dollar menu. My order was taken quickly, and my food was prepared in no time. As always, it was delicious!

The experience here can be quite inconsistent. There are times when the service is excellent and your order is perfect, but other times you may find yourself waiting 40 minutes only to receive the wrong order, along with poor customer service.

Eating is usually good, but I went there all the way, as it said it is closing at 1, but its closed at 11:56? Update the hours and don't waste people time

Waited 47min in drive thru only to recieve a cheese quessidalla for 15 bucks instead of my 5 supreme tacos. They will not answer/return my calls and being that the lobby is closed I will not return. Not about to wait 45min again just to have them pull some more b.s
