Pueblo Solis - Saint Louis

As always this place is always great Mexican food. You get 3 salsas with the chips that are all excellent. Eating every time is incredible with big beans and rice... I'm not a rice lover, but that's a big taste. This is a must for great Mexican food!!

Stops from Pueblo Solis when in SoHa on borders. I've been there for years. My friend and I sat on the side terrace that was beautiful. The service was good and fast. The margaritas were delicious, but overpriced along with the rest of the menu. We both decided to go with the fish as they were special for the day. Big mistake! The fish did not taste fresh at all and was darkened. I could just take a few bites and grab the rest. The chips come on a huge plate with three tiny salsa containers. It was like you wanted to dip the head first into a children's pool. Overall, a margarita and 1 fish taco dinner was $30 with lace for 1 person. Love supports local but too many good places out there. I hope they improve.

It's been years since I went to Pueblo Solis, so we decided to stop an evening for dinner. The atmosphere and the staff are fantastic! Our drinks were never empty and someone was always sure we had everything we needed. The frozen raspberry Margarita is delicious. But the food fell short. The free chips and salsa are average. There are three different Salsas that come in very small smokers that make diving difficult. Please use a bowl. I chose the fish tacos served with rice and beans. Big mistake. I should have ordered everything except the fish tacos, and only one can eat. Very disappointing when I remember the food that's good. Everything is too expensive.

They serve 3 types of salsa with their chips. The spicy margarita could be spicier. The rice was my favorite, he was really close to my mother.

Excellent food, excellent service. Great atmosphere. The Margaritas will get you laid, pregnant or in a fist fight. I'd give 6 stars if I could. And the owner is cool AF!
