I like it here, but some of the food I had was not as good as I hoped it would be. I've been a few times. I'll give it another try because it's a nice place but the Pad Thai was very saucy. So a bit disappointing. Good service, though. Very nice staff. Appetizers were great. Sushi was delicious!
Mainly on service. Here on a work trip and we all decided on thai. I usually never leave a review but the service was horrible and we all felt discriminated. They just threw us in the corner and forgot about us. We kept trying to get her attention but she acted like she didn't see us. Every white person that came in after us was served and set on their way with no issues. Lady finally came to help us and rushed us to order our food so we weren't able to fully order what we wanted. She literally just shoved all our food onto the table and scattered away to help the other guest. The noodles were rubbery in texture along with the beef. We waited 30 minutes for our check after we finished eating and it was completely incorrect. We told her it was wrong and she just snatched the checks and took even longer to bring it back. A quick lunch turned into a long one. Only reason why I was so frustrated was at the fact that someone came in after us, got their food and check before we even did. Worse experience I've had since I've been here.
Nothing unique coming from a hardcore sushi lover usually craving for fresh Otoro, Chutoro, Sea urchin, Ama-ebi, Hamachi. Very difficult to find in St Louis Area but it’s common in bigger cities. typical fusion style plates usually for Japanese restaurants in St Louis Metro in my opinion.This time I got it to go ordered on their website. I got there 30 mins after pick up time and they gave me the wrong order so already preordered picking up late, had to wait for them to remake it all again.Another 30 mins later, no complimentary service or apologies for getting my order wrong or my inconvenience.I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I wanted to mention it hoping they’ll handle it a better way in the future for similar circumstances.I would’ve been OK with just an apology.Haven’t been back since.
