Such a nice, intimate place. The night we went, two men played violin and piano. So beautiful! Our waitress was amazing and the food was so good. My fiancée ordered Steak and I got pasta.
We were thrilled to try kemoll for our jubilee and very disappointed. unfortunately we will not recommend this restaurant to everyone. there are much better possibilities in st. louis. the atmosphere is not trendy and very much a small room in which they eat. it would be much better if they opened the walls to the bar area for a more open space. the vibe was old, cramped and muffy. the ambiente is part of the fine culinary experience and this place does not have it. calamari was delicious, but we also ordered the fried artichoke that seemed like it was fried bare food. presentation was bad and little taste. cesar salat was good, but would not opt for artichoke (not the best). my man ordered a side of spatula that came out of carburized and dry. we were really shocked that they had it come out on these wise. I ordered the lobster ravioli and expected a nail cream sauce per menu and I received a heavy red sauce with something. it looked out and tasted like ragu sauce mixed with cream sauce. if they will spend money, the expectation is that everything should be excellent for a high meal. Fleming?s, any other Italian place on the hill, twisted tree, Bristol?s are all better options!
We wanted to bring our children to a beautiful Italian restaurant. There were no seats for Paul Manno, so we came to this restaurant. I usually don't want to go to Westport Plaza because of his parking lot. Once you park, you have to walk a distance to your restaurant. The restaurant wasn't too busy. It had a nice decor and good ambience. The staff was polite. I ordered a sautéed shrimp Sampi and was confused the noodle would come with shrimps. They were nice enough to add noodles to my entrée although it was not included. The food was okay with this price class. There were many Italian restaurants in St Louis. With this price I would recommend Paul Manno or Charlie Gitto instead.
This is truly a legit upscale Italian steakhouse! Place has great vibe, food is big city in a small Westport village outside at Louis! Must try if you know quality ingredients and culinary! Thanks to the team and back of house! It?s like speakeasy food? liked it a lot. John at the bar has things under control
