Jet's Pizza - Saint Louis

They mistakenly gave my order to someone else and took full responsibility of their mistake. They came up with a solution I could agree to, offered additional services complimentary with a smile. I didn’t have to yell or get an attitude. I’ve had excellent service and a great product in the past and I will continue to patronize. Good job to the team here and management. Thank you! You’ve showed me as a small business owner how it’s done!

First time trying Jet’s Pizza and hands down one of the best tasting pizzas I have ever had! Unfortunately I do not live close to this location but would Make a special trip anytime to get it again.

I order from here frequently. Hands down the best chain pizza in STL and the best Detroit style I've ever had! The flavor of the crust is so good! I always order the veggie pizza and it's consistently loaded with toppings and so good!

Great deep dish pizza! Jets Triple Cheese Turbo Stix were freaking amazing! They did happen to be out of the bone in chicken wings this evening. The boneless ones were edible, but nothing to get excited about. No fountain drinks at this location. But they do have some soda on bottles. Quick service and super friendly wait staff! Big Cheddar approved!!

I have tried jets pizza before today. I will have to say that I will be a forever customer as long as they are open. Alex, at the Hampton location, has amazing customer service skills and can make a dang pizza!! From edge to edge of the cheese is delicious, and the crust is what makes the whole Detroit Style pizza amazing. It is so crispy and cooked to perfection. I will be back very, very soon.
