Jerk Soul - Saint Louis

The food here is amazing! If you're someone who is Jewish, Muslim or doesn't eat pigs, the restaurant is for you. The menu includes turkey bacon options ribs. The taste is a great fusion of Jamaica and soul food. I have eaten several items from the menu and not yet disappointed. My only complaint is that food is so good, sometimes they run out of items on the menu. And it's not a dive site.

I tried this place for the first time when it comes to food, what they are? Great! I have the Ruck chicken with Plantain's spicy cabbage, rice beans (extra side) and a cattle patty. The price is worth when the food is actually good. Will definitely come back Update: I first gave this place a 5 star, but there is a new girl who works the front with phone orders and her customer service is so bad. Problems with my order every time I order her. I had a great experience until I met her. Now it seems mindful to take my order and fix it when it is wrong. You? The first week and every week can't be yours? Lol. I wouldn't go my way to come here, especially not for a while.

I first ordered this restaurant and WOW!! Best Jamaican food I ever had in Jamaica. Had the Ruck wings over rice with sides of the spicy Slav and OMG sweet potatoes. All delicious! The order was quickly filled and the staff was polite. In any case will be ordered again!

Do not let the appearance of the place fool you. This food is worth the price and the ride. I often try new food centres of different nationalities. Finding this place was randomly through Google search, and now I see why this restaurant first appeared! Your Entrees are $24 you get two sides and your main meat is over a bed of well seasoned moist rice and beans. I ordered oxen with macaroni and cabbage. Me? Very picky with macaroni! Just because it means shaft? But the Mac was seasoned, creamy and cheesy. The cabbage had a hint of heat and a Smokey meat taste? A. My friend ordered the lamb aprons with fried plantain and corn on the Cob. The food didn't make it out of the car before we lick our fingers. The lamb dogs were perfectly thought and seasoned with several seasons like thyme or rosemary. The plantains were not too oily or muddy and the cob was broken into bites. The only 2 complaints I have are that there is not a location on the Illinois site and that the shares were proportional, but it was so good I wanted more?. 10/10

It took me a lot to write this review. The food tasted nothing like Caribbean food. We got oxtail and jerk chicken. From the customer service to the taste of the food was horrible! The oxtail sauce was watery and had zero taste! The jerk chicken was dry and Jerk sauce on the side instead of marinating the sauce with chicken. It?s the worst!
