Unfortunately, they were having trouble fulfilling the order for the car ahead of me, so I waited patiently—no big deal. However, when I reached the window and reiterated my order, the employee informed me that I would need to pull around and start the process all over because serving me would delay other customers. I can’t imagine anyone thinking that re-entering the malfunctioning drive-thru would be a good idea. There was no offer to take my order, let me stay put, or have the staff bring my order out to me in the parking lot. When I refused to go back into the broken drive-thru, the employee became extremely upset and said he wouldn’t serve me at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location until they update their audio equipment and, more importantly, their staff. I would even invite the owner to accompany me on my next visit so they can witness firsthand the issues with customer service and employee attitudes.

We just left the drive through and the guy was SUPER rude. I never write reviews, but we were the ONLY people in line so there was no excuse for being so impatient. The guy yelled at us because he was confused if we had two separate orders even though we didn’t. Super sassy tone as if we were inconveniencing him. Extremely rude and impatient. My husband was afraid to order anything else because the guy was so rude to him. Service: Take out

Open 24 hours I must have pulled up at the 25th hour because they was closed and apparently the 25th hour is 9:30 in the evening Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
