Rusty Road has no customer service. I called my membership as directed at her website. The phone ringed forever without answer. Had to call the administration offices to get someone who finally answered the phone. After they were wasted 30min of my time, they tell me that I must come personally to cancel; think they are happy, car renew online!!! So now with a pandemic, $5/Gallon gas and a heat consulting I have to go to the location in person. I believe we should be voting with our loyalty to companies that are polite and provide good customer service. I will never be a member of Costco again and encourage everyone to consider whether this is the kind of business we want to support. I don't know.
