C.j. Mugg's Grill - Saint Louis

I frequently visit this restaurant for meetings, and overall, the food is quite good, and the staff is usually fantastic. However, I feel it's important to address the chicken finger appetizer—it really needs to be removed from the menu or significantly revamped. The breading was thick and unappetizing, and the chicken inside was dry and completely flavorless. I found myself needing a fork and knife to cut them into bite-sized pieces since biting into them was quite uncomfortable. I genuinely hope they can improve this dish, as I would be willing to give it another try if changes are made.

The staff here is incredibly friendly! We brought our dog to sit outside, and they even opened the window so we could enjoy watching the game. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!

I was not impressed by the house salad. A third of it was made up of the brown white ends, there was just one slice of cucumber, an eighth of a hard-boiled egg, and maybe an ounce of cheese. Fortunately, I also ordered the Southwestern coleslaw, which was good, but overall, the salad left much to be desired.

My wife and I were there for the Old Webster Jazz and Blues Festival. We went to this facility and had drinks. The staff was nice and friendly. The martinis and mojitos we are great, good beer selection, seafood Gumbo excellent, chicken panini was bland.

A great place to meet friends/family. It was quiet with a couple TV's in the bar to watch the game. Good food, burger was great. Dressings all homemade. No place for kids due to a little pricey, but worth the money.
