Ordered online and picked up, they had everything ready as soon as I got there. They gave warm-up orders that were nice. I ordered a full rib, 1/4 lb Brisket, sides beans, Slav, potato salad and pasta salad. The ribs were brighta good, the beans were the best, then pasta salad, then potato salad and then the claw. The brisket was not bad, but probably not order again.
This place was fantastic. What a find. For the owner this is a Memphis-hybrid style rib. The ribs were amazing. The pastrami was also amazing. The Max and the cheese were good and the rolls and the apples are great. The owner was super nice. Overall, a must stop when you are looking for bbq in St. Louis.
Great place. Adam greeted us and spoke to us through his menu. The ribs are some of the best. Provides, moist and the apple butter glaze makes it very unique. Brisket was well melted in your mouth. In any case, a must go for BBQ.
Best ribs I?ve ever had. Michael was very friendly and recommended the ribs and baked beans, both out of this world. Definitely recommend and will be returning hopefully regularly
