We ask the boss where the toilets are, to wash his hands: the public toilets are on the other side of the road, I give you a bottle of soap So we go out and wash our hands, in the iced water of the public toilet, and we go back to the room, closing the door. The boss starts pushing, the customers come in waves, and he alone manages phone, kitchen, room and cashing. Two people of his family, in construction work, try to get into the kitchen to give him a hand, but the atmosphere is screaming a little more, and their outfit is more suitable for outdoor work than for kitchens. After a few more minutes, our burgers arrive (beef and chicken), are very good, just like the fries that accompany them.
