However, I was invited to a group dinner and this was the chosen restaurant. Despite my initial reservations, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The house salad was delicious, filled with fresh mesclun and vegetables. The two pork souvlaki were perfectly cooked, accompanied by generous portions of tasty Greek roasted potatoes and rice. The entire meal was excellent and I would definitely dine here again. At $18.95, the value was great. With taxes and an 18% tip, the total bill came to $27.01. The service was good and the restaurant had a modern, comfortable, and clean atmosphere. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of the food and the value for money.
Hello everyone, I had a negative experience trying to make a reservation at this restaurant due to the owner's rude and disrespectful behavior. I have dined at this establishment multiple times for various occasions, but I will not be returning after this incident. My interactions did not justify the treatment I received as a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The clean, delicious, and hearty dishes at this restaurant are highly recommended. The grilled chicken is a standout option, and you can add some shrimp as well. However, you may find it difficult to finish your plate due to the generous portion size.
We came here to the Marcel Laurin location and we knew exactly what we wanted! The Butterfly Shrimp Platter : rice , house salad and Greek potatoes with 7 butterfly shrimp ! We ate everything! So yummy and fresh . Bread and butter too. Water . We didn’t bring BYOW . we were just hungry ! Good service . Clean . Not busy on a Tuesday evening !
We had made a Saturday night reservation for 4 and when we arrived Anna the owner) quickly showed us to our table. Our waiter, Thomas, was very nice and friendly. He came by quickly with a bucket for our wine, water and some fresh bread and butter. I found that their menu being a chain) had something for everyone but was still limited. After looking it over, Thomas came back to take our orders. The girls ordered the Chicken Brochette $18.95) which came with house salad, rice and wedged potatoes. They also ordered a small cup of tzatziki $2.00 extra). We both ordered their Hamburger Steak on special for $15.95). It also came with house salad, rice, and wedged potatoes. We both substituted the rice for more potatoes and both got only 1 extra wedge of potato. Our meals all arrived at the same time. There were no complaints from the girls. Their chicken pieces were very tender and large. My friends hamburger arrived medium, as requested, but mine was more on the well done side. I decided that I didn’t want to return it even though I should have). It definitely was a nice sized 12 oz round burger but it looked like it was pre-fabricated and not home made. It came with a nice rich gravy with fried onions. The salad were all very fresh and the home style potato wedges were excellent. I even asked Thomas for some garlic butter and lemon wedges to make the potatoes taste more Greek style. We all passed on dessert. There is plenty of room for parking and the restaurant was pretty much full by 7:45 pm. Make a reservation and do not forget to bring your wine. Enjoy.
