Lou Seurrots - Saint-Julien-en-Born

Camping close to the ocean on foot. We were able to choose our location. The sanitary are pleasant and clean. We didn't have time to test the infrastructure because we spent one night there but we'll be back! the staff at the reception is charming.

Following the satisfaction of our last holiday in the campsite Lous Seurrots, we decided to renew our holiday this year in this campsite. However, quality and our satisfaction has decreased considerably. We had booked a Cottage 3 flowers, where it is possible to test our survival capacity with a small grass and a microwave, Koh Lanta is soon within our reach! Maybe the Cottages are not included in the 5-star campsite... In addition, the Cottage was pretty old, where it is not possible to go into the bathroom and in the toilet since the doors cross, a real puzzle. Also, we were entitled to very friendly hostess, however, the instructions limit them very much: we had asked for 2 towel kits per phone, the very welcoming hostess at the end of the line tells us that we will have them in the next 5 minutes... Unless unfortunately it was not the case, 1:00 to wait to have no towels since 'you have to come pay before you have them. Following this adventure that lasted 2 nights, we decided to contact the campsite to change Cottage! After some research we decided to choose a Cottage 4 flowers that cost only 802€ on the website and when we received the invoice it was indicated at 1020 €, dishonesty or mockery? More than 230 € for a kettle and toaster. Also, we had to shorten our stay for personal reasons and no refund was made while we had taken the cancellation insurance. Finally, in a positive note, we would like to thank the lady of Lou Sweet Glace who was adorable to us and the waiters of the bar.

This campsite is truly in continuous renewal, high-end services, exemplary cleanliness. All this in a huge pine forest.

The 5 stars seem excessive, 4 stars without problems.

We have overall spent very good holidays The setting is very nice, with the current of Contis next to the campsite, the ocean at 5min Small shops and restaurants next to Far from the big cities (the disadvantage is that the "real" supermarket nearby is at 30min by road) Large outdoor swimming pool The reception staff is welcoming We had a quiet chalet as requested The facilitators Kevin and Mathis super sympa The 3 servers of the very nice bar, Roman at the top! Pizzas are very good! A few small points still to improve Concerning the restaurant: nothing exceptional for the price, rather fade cuisine, and the waiter could uncheck a smile! For a 5-star campsite: we are surprised that no accommodation is equipped with air conditioning! We were really hot for some days! And it was still unpleasant... it is unfortunately a point that will make us hesitate to return to this campsite (the rental rate is the same as in other Yelloh Villages with air conditioning) As we are at the end of the season, unfortunately there were animations that did not take place (sports animations) while they were posted what is a pity It is also important to admit that the access to the pool is not very convenient to access the decks (the dome must be longer than what is broken mouth) and to imprint pontoons with passage through the water where teenagers and children run missing to spill us! Last point: there really is a bakery!! The bread and pastries of the small casino are really not terrible For a 5-star campsite in France, this is the same way We still had a good holiday Thanks again to Kevin, Mathis and Romain for their good mood!
