Gourmet restaurant quality and so easy to cook when you have great product. Bought delicioussteaks too. Good place to shop if you want a dinner for two, one stop shopping!

Winner every time! It's not just the fresh cuts but the marble those steaks have is practically perfect with just enough marbling to make them tasty but not overwhelm the taste or take away meat space. I bought some short ribs at a supermarket recently and they don't even compare to the short ribs I bought today at SSM. They are not unreasonably priced for the lack of butchers in this area.
