Always a busy spot, that said the staff was quick and polite food was very good. Dining area was quite clean.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my admiration and gratitude for the exceptional service at our hometown Wendy’s on the west side.As someone who travels extensively for work, I’ve had the opportunity to visit numerous Wendy’s across North America. I must say, our local Wendy’s stands out as a prime example of excellence. The commitment to quality and service here genuinely embodies the Wendy’s slogan, “Quality is our recipe.”Whether it’s the accuracy of orders or the speed of service, your team consistently hits the mark. On the rare occasions when there’s a hiccup, I’m always impressed by how quickly and graciously your staff works to make things right. This level of customer care and attention to detail is what sets your restaurant apart.I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for providing such a reliable and enjoyable dining experience. If you want your fries hot and crispy, ask for no salt because they will come fresh out of the deep-frier.Especially if you want poutine.

Found the dining area was cleaned very well pop dispenser only had half the drinks. Had to go back up and fix the order, ordered at spicy checken, no veggies, and came normal

West side Wendy’s is the best! Their food is always hot and the bacon is always crispy! The staff are nice and helpful.
