The Union Club - Saint John

I highly recommend this place for hosting a business presentation. The food was excellent and the service provided to our guests was fantastic. This restaurant is perfect for business meetings, with a rich and beautiful aesthetic that is steeped in history.

I had a business luncheon with a customer/friend last week and tried the lobster roll at this restaurant for the first time. I expected it to be good (it's hard to find bad lobster in Atlantic Canada), but it was absolutely amazing, possibly divine. Being from the Maritimes, I often choose seafood, but this was without a doubt the best lobster roll I've ever had! It came with your choice of salad (including caesar), fries, or soup (including chowder). I chose the seafood chowder and it was also excellent. The rolls were fresh, the atmosphere was clean and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning with my husband so he can try the lobster roll. I highly recommend this place! P.S. I also enjoyed an English tea, but they also have a full bar service.

The Union Club is a private club with an exceptional menu for lunch. Dinner is served only occasionally. If you have the opportunity to go as a guest of a member, it is worth your time. Dress up smart and prepare for one of the best culinary experiences in New Brunswick.

The annual Union Club Christmas Gala on 16th and 17th December was a hit. The event saw a great turnout and featured a delightful dinner with traditional Yorkshire pudding. The new chef did an outstanding job, with every dish, from the cauliflower soup starter to the main course and desserts, coming out perfectly. The atmosphere at the club is always warm and inviting. We brought along some new friends, who were welcomed with open arms. In addition to weekday lunches, the Union Club is also a great spot for business meetings and special occasions. The club, with its stunning Victorian architecture dating back to 1890, is a true gem. We have been proud members for years and highly recommend it.
