However, I couldn't do that this time because one of the issues was that the kiosk I ordered from didn't generate a receipt or order number (not the first time I've experienced this here). There is also a tendency for staff to remove order numbers from the queue when ordering from the self-order kiosk, even if the order isn't ready yet. This can be frustrating as it causes delays and confusion. Additionally, the cutlery and paper straws provided are of poor quality and should be replaced with biodegradable options that are more durable and don't affect the taste of the food. Overall, I expect better from McDonald's and feel that this location needs to improve its service and cleanliness. It may be necessary for them to hire more staff to handle the high volume of customers. I may still visit the drive-thru, but the accuracy of orders is often below 50 percent. Ordering from the self-order kiosk seems to be more reliable, with a success rate of 95 percent.
I placed my order at the drive-thru. Everything seemed good until I checked my bag and realized there was no ketchup, salt, or napkins, even though I specifically asked for them. Despite the hot food, I was not impressed with the lack of basic condiments and amenities. I would have preferred to double-check my order myself rather than hold up the line. Overall, the food was average due to its temperature.
If you dine at this restaurant, be sure to order your next meal in advance as the service is extremely slow. I would suggest finding another place to eat if you are in a hurry and have limited time.
I got a coffin. About 8 people were in front of me. A girl in cash. It didn't look like someone filling out Ordwrs2 as there were 2 or 3 people on the side waiting. After 5 minutes wait to move the line just left. I had an appointment. I should have left. My lady, some visits to this McDonald were always the same. Lines seem all that order / who waits) No matter how busy it is, only one person seems to order cash/taking orders. Others are not so bad.. But yes, I was there today. Remember why I don't like to go there
McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food chain, but this location is unaware of that. It is incredibly slow painful. The wait in line was not slow to place my order, but the wait to get my order was.This was at what should...have been a non-rush time of 9:15 pm. Not one person was in the dining area, I was the only one. The girl taking my order acted like a mindless drone the rest of the crew were about the same. They had drive thru orders backed up because no fries were available no one was on fries at all. Just watching you can see that the kitchen here is incredibly disorganized. There was a huge pile of food ready to go out and people were just standing there not knowing what to do. My order was a Big Mac a McDouble, that's it. My order came up sat there for over 10 mins before I spoke up and asked for my money back. The girl asked why, your order is right there. I said exactly, it's been there for 10 mins. She didn't know how to process a refund so she got the manager, who was just as useless had no customer service experience what so ever. He just gave me my money back said sorry about that without asking a thing. (not a care or concern in the world) As I got to the door he yelled out have a great night bud (seemed kinda mocking me on the way out) Certainly not a location I plan on going back to ever I live five minutes away. Best one in town is Brunswick Square location.
