Restaurant Pizza Richelieu

Something about the pizza here seemed very retro to me. Lots of cheese on a puffy crust. Maybe a little bit greasier than I'd like but not annoyingly so.Overall, the food was quite good, though not particularly cheap.Staff was attentive (not overly so) and friendly.If you're in St Jean and have a hankering for pizza, this is probably a good place to check out.

Nothing around beats their pizza. It authentic Italian. I've been eating their pizza for years. It is more expensive then the competition, but worth it!

I stayed overnight in Saint Jean sur Richelieu during a recent bike tour. Nothing hits the spot like pasta after a day of cycling. I had the gnocchi which was really good. On my way out I saw a pizza being delivered to a table and that looked excellent as well. The service was great and the staff were very accommodating to my lack of French. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable.I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We were celebrating my Nephew graduating the from the Canadian Armed Forces Leadership and Recruit School and needed a restaurant near by as he only had leave for a few hours. We found Pizza Richelieu and were not disappointed. They easily accommodated our group, gave us English menues as they noticed we did not speak French. The restaurant owner came by and spoke with us and gave us pizza recommendations. The pizzas are made in a wood burning oven and were amazing.
