Rum Vault - Saint James

We made a reservation as soon as we knew we were heading to Barbados. We scheduled it for one of the last days of our vacation. After a 60-minute drive to the Rum Vault, we arrived only to be told that they were overbooked. This was incredibly disappointing.

I had an exceptional experience at the restaurant. The food was superbly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and the setting was simply fabulous.

My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at the Rum Vault, complete with rum pairings. The experience was enhanced by a wealth of intriguing information. It was a really enjoyable evening!

What an awesome night and great way to end our vacation in Barbados. The drinks and food were excellent and the stories about rum were interesting. Will definitely try some of the other offerings at the Rum Vault next time in Barbados. Overall a fantastic time!
