I 'm done with this Mcdonalds. It is the worst. 3 times in a row (3 days in a row), i go to their drive thru to order a sundae, they tell me there 's no ice cream right now.I told them during the first instance that they should put a big sign on the front when they don 't have ice cream to prevent wasting customers ' time at the drive thru. I literally found myself having to reverse out from the drivethru or would be stuck at the drivethru traffic with having nothing to order.I feel it 's a tactic they use to trap customers into the drivethru so that they 'd be forced to order an alternative much pricier item. I also feel that they LIE about the ice cream machine being broken because they are just too LAZY to clean it.How else to explain why McDonald 's ice cream machines are always breaking down worldwide. It 's an excuse. An excuse for LAZINESS.The staff here are incompetent as well and often times when you order a bag they purposely slow your order down so that when it 's time to hand the food over they hope you forget about the bag. I had to constantly remind them to put the items in the bag which i include in my purchases. They are liars and slimy af.

Washrooms are disgusting, filthy, no locks on stalls, floor covered with wet. No ice tea, self serve order stations have no receipt paper. Like no one cares at all.

Went to pick up an Ubereats order for a customer today, and the lady said it will be a couple minutes. She goes back and tells the staff the ubereats driver is here.I saw the staff, over the next 5 minutes place several pickup orders on the ready rack behind the counter. I figured none of them were mine, cos they would give it to me right? After 5 more minutes, with no one coming back to the counter I shouted back to a guy in the kitchen... an Asian man about 30 years old or so in in a black t shirt, who was told by the lady that I was waiting, and saw me waiting with my thermal bag several times. And I asked lightly if my order was almost ready.. He then looks on the rack and sure enough one of them was my customer 's order.I simply tell him that 's been waiting there for at least 5 minutes”, he gives me a big facetious smile and says yyyup in a very smug manner, as if to say yep I don 't care . It was unmistakable. Turns around and goes back to whatever he was doing.It wasn 't even that busy. This was 2:45 in the morning, and they were joking around laughing half the the time I was waiting.Look buddy Just because you don 't give a damn about your job or the customer, doesn 't mean you should be so complacent that it interferes with other people 's work drivers are not paid by the hour. Show a little urgency, dude. I wasn 't even rude at all. Honestly if it were me, I would recognize my mistake/poor workmanship and be thankful for pointing it out.If anyone is curious the orders are supposed to be ready when the driver gets there and they usually are. Sometimes they are a bit late a couple minutes. Sometimes 5 if they are really busy or backed up. That 's totally fine, I used to be a cook that worked 12 hour shifts.This guy had me wait 10 minutes for an order that was ready in 2. And that 's fine too, everyone makes mistakes. But instead of acknowledging it or discussing it like an adult, he acts like a kid with attitude problems... and he 's not a kid. Even if he was, any kids I 've seen working there are more aware than him. It wasn 't a mistake, he 's wilfully careless. Low quality employee.Based on my experience and other reviews written here, this location seems to have a culture of disdain for their job, drivers, and the customer. I 'd find new managers. I definitely wouldn 't trust these clowns with my food.

They didnt serve me when i drove thru. They refused to serve me also second tome this sm thry didnt check stuff. I paid but only one brown hash. I didnt like that agsin second time. They were only east indisn all . Ehy they with three new employer same time with emplyer encourage

Whatever your hungry is, do not stop in this place! The service is fast and the cashier is kind but the food is cold, and the hamburger portion is so small, enough for a child but not for an adult.The drinks are diluted, they taste like water!
