We normally love this place and come by somewhat often as the food is good and it’s a cute cafe, however, today we had a bad experience with a specific server/hostess (girl with bangs and ponytail, unfortunately, as a result we don’t feel comfortable to come back.Today we came in at 11:45am and we put our name and number on the waitlist and were told by the female server described above that the wait would be 20 minutes long. I asked her if we could wait in our car, and she answered “yes, we will call you when the table is ready.” After around 30 minutes with no call back, we came back in to see how long the wait was, only to find out they gave our table away to another group under our name, and an additional 5 other groups ahead of us were seated. We understand it was busy, and the servers were trying to seat us as soon as possible which we appreciate, however, we ended up getting seated a whole hour later.After being seated there was also a mistake with one of our drinks and the young male server with glasses was very kind about fixing that and told us it was on the house which we also greatly appreciated. However, we felt that there should still be some kind of compensation to accommodate for waiting 3x the amount we were told. We were not offered anything, so my friend politely asked the original female server who came to us with the bill if we could be compensated for our time, and she did not let my friend finish her sentence, before telling us she would ask and walked away.We also noticed she kept side eyeing us throughout our whole stay there which made us very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We would have appreciated an apology of some kind from her instead of feeling like we did something wrong for a mistake we did not make. After this, the kind male server came back but without any compensation added besides the previous issue with my drink. Although I appreciate this, my friends should have also been compensated, as all of us had to wait.The male server was very kind to us which is why we are leaving a two star.

Very cute place, I’ve had good memories here. The flavour of the foods are nice but the textures are weird? Mainly because the food is not fresh, not hot enough, not cooked properly. The portion sizes are very small too for how much they charge.

I loved this cafe. As a cafe and restaurant, their are menu items suitable for any meal of the day. Everything was so good and I can’t get over their super cute drinks.
