My wife and I found this place by pure luck. Three years ago during an evening walk I picked up what looked like two beat up business cards that had seen better days. And here 's when our lunch kicks in. Being the ever curious guy that I am. I took a closer look at the two cards and started smiling like a little kid who just found two tickets for free ice cream because that 's what they were. Just that two cards from Earnest good for a two scoop cone each for FREE!!! So just as my wife, like always began her her, don 't pick up stuff off the ground, remember the poop bags speach. Poop bags, that 's a story for another time. Back to those two dirty little cards. So with my ear to ear smile still plastered to my face I excitedly replied, nope, there 's two cards so I 'll throw yours out but I 'm going to this ice cream shop called Earnest Ice Cream and getting my free two scoop cone. So will you be joining me or should I still throw yours out next garbage can I see? . She stopped dead in her tracks did a double take of me jumping up and down excitedly yelling but not to loud, we found free ice cream, I found free ice cream that I 'm going to share with you!!!! .Oh yeah the review, best ice cream in the city hands down. Many try to replicate Earnest Ice Cream but there 's nothing close to it. With an always friendly, knowledgeable staff that cares about you as much as they do the ice cream. You 'll never be disappointed when you choose Earnest Ice Cream. That combined with an always changing menu that seems to have something new and better than the last time we went to Earnest ice cream. You 've tried the rest now try the best, you deserve it.

I went to pick up the order of ice cream for an event that cost around $1,000. I think it is a simple and polite gesture customer service if they can at least hold the door for me while I am moving the 3 big coolers and 6 buckets of ice cream, or it would be helpful if they can just move the cooler at the door that helped the moving. Unfortunately, these simple customer services were missing in this pick up and I hope management can review these suggestions to provide better and improved customer services in my next visit.

The BEST customer service I've experienced from Harrison!!! My ice cream sundae unfortunately fell on the ground when the compoatable spoon suddenly snapped, when I came back to the store, Harrison immediately approached me at the end of the line to ask what's wrong and never hesitated to replace my ice cream sundae immediately as soon as I told him what happened. Very nice and accommodating staff at Earnest Ice Cream Frances St. And ofcourse, delicious ice cream as always! Every week, I find myself refilling our fridge with pints of my favorite ice cream flavours!

This is the kitchen for all the Earnest shops in town. And don't let the lineup discourage you. Took need the time to decide what delicious flavors you want, and to visit with the folks also making the same decisions. Salted caramel and whiskey hazelnut are still my favourites but indulge a bit and get one of their hand crafted sundaes. Both the hot caramel with candied nuts and the hot chocolate sundaes are incredible. You won't be disappointed!They also have perfect vegan ice cream options that are so creamy, you'll further that there's no actual dairy in them!
