Body Energy Club: Vancouver Robson Home

So a little while ago I attempted to a simple return and exchange.. I won’t ever forget the painful Approximate half hour wait. There was a huge line up, they kept saying it will be just a few more minutes.. then they told me they’re systems were acting weird and it was an IT problem, the front desk person didn’t really know how to do an exchange either.. Not happy

Such helpful, friendly people here. It's refreshing to be in a place like this where as a customer you valued. Keep it up guys

Very poor experience!! The staff did not bother to display bare minimum customer service. No acknowledgement when we entered, which is fine, but to be ignored when you are trying to order/purchase from them is just plain disrespectful. Not to mention that the whole staff may have been working that day, as there was about 10 of them crushed behind the cashier while no one was making smoothies. We were not aware that this location was an opportunity for the staff to make friends with each other. Maybe do that at your Christmas work parties? Anyways overall super disappointing to be treated that poorly from a bunch of arrogant 30 year olds.

They're the best, I always fin what I'm looking for and the personnel are very friendly and helpful.

The nutty cherry bowl is such a great, filling option!
