Burger King - Saint-Herblain

A year after my previous review this burger king has changed a lot. The chopped steaks are now the same as the mac do, a 5 mm thick beef galette.The wc were of a monstrous dirt!!We are very disappointed.

Third visit to burger king in this restaurant. the service is fast enough and even faster at the counter than at the terminal(seul cb accepted). What I'm disappointed with this teddy soccer is the reception of the staff in general and no smile of the employees to the customers, I found this really average, awkward limit to the point of causing two words to the restaurant manager and to tell him "and oh you've seen your employees, they all look at them" we had to disturb them and even ask them for advice on the menus we dare not even. The atmosphere behind the counter was bit, and deplorable. In short, I pass the little ice cream that was not deposited on the right trays:(. beyond that I took the burger woohper fresh which is very good, and the grass sauce brings a taste of freshness.

Sandwiches conform to the badge and better than the back mac.The waiting can be important depending on the day.

I came to eat on Monday, June 6 after taking our order we settle down, I realize as soon as my burger and cold cheddar type cheese not melted I bring it back I give it another that is as cold as that of before I say nothing I start eating is the I fall on a very hard thing like a white pebbles I get back to tell them a woman tells me that it's quite normal that her meat comes! So she calls a gentleman who tells him that it's not normal that goes back to the info! then to your brigade know that a food especially the chopped steak must come out hot because the proliferation of bacteria is multiplied and in a child it can be dramatic!!! I think the hygiene standards are not applied!!!
