Mama's Kitchen

We were there twice during our week long hiking holiday, one for dinner and the other for refreshments after hiking. The restaurant sits on a perfect spot for the view of Mont Blanc and the food was excellent with a local touch. Very friendly staff and ambience. We would definitely like to repeat the experience, when we are next in the region.

A great terrassa with a wonderful view on the mont-blanc; the menu is creative with a share for local dishes but also some bistro dishes with some asian features.the team is pretty effective and friendly (the genepy shot "On the house" is a nice gesture) and you won t have to book one week in advance for a lunch during the high season

Ate here for lunchThe place felt like a tourist trap, but so did all of Cordes-sur-ciel, frankly.

It was a best way to rest our feet after a day on the mountain with a mojito and local food like saucisson and cheese at reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and the ambience is pleasant and inviting on the terrace with an incredible view of Mont Blanc. It is on our list to revisit definitely.
