During a stop on a long road trip, the restaurant provided chicken, rice or mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. When I mentioned my daughter's celiac disease, the server checked the ingredients and informed us of safe options. She was very cautious to prevent cross-contamination with my daughter's brother's plate.

As a pit stop on a long journey, they offered chicken, rice/potatoes and coleslaw. As soon as I mentioned with CD, the lady checked her list of ingredients and told us what we could have, then was very careful not to let my daughter come near her brother (non CD) record.
