I've noticed that many fast-food places now present the credit card machine with the tip option right in front of you, especially at drive-thrus. It's quite off-putting! The first time this happened, I was shocked that they were asking for a tip simply for handing me a bag! Can you believe that? It's frustrating when you're made to feel obligated to tip for something that used to be a gesture of appreciation for great service, not a demand. Tipping should be a reward for exceptional service, not something that’s expected or pressured. It's meant to be a personal choice to acknowledge the effort of the server, and it shouldn't be part of the transaction itself. Have you ever received a refund for poor service? As for parking, it was impossible since only the drive-thru was open, and the line was ridiculously long. Overall, my experience left much to be desired. Where is the manager here? Corporate should be getting this location help. Crazy slow and they still take orders. Not a place to stop on a road trip! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Half hour still no order received. They said waiting on the burgers but several customers left with the same burgers. Same with the nuggets. Olaf e also filthy. Out of the tea I ordered i had to tell them to fill it.
