Everything about this place is amazing. The hosts were so helpful and their attention to detail is impeccable. I need to visit the area again very soon and I will 100% be booking here again. What a stunning place and what lovely people.

We have had dinner here many times, whenever we come to the area on holiday. The menu is always delightful and different; the chef very good; usually two starters, two plats and two desserts to choose from. Reasonable price for an elegant dinner in a Chateau. The Chateau is 15th century but much of it restored by the owners, Sylvia and Jean-Jacques. It has been in the family since the 1990s. They are a lovely couple, very helpful and friendly. Saint Fort is a small village halfway between La Rochelle and Bordeaux, surrounded by vineyards and not far from a small port. Highly recommended. Service: 5 Location: 5
