Attention to desserts are industrial preparations. Very expensive and not good. Otherwise, the dish is correct.

Very nice meal after a day in Guédelon. Super fast service! It changes from Paris. I took Escargots piece of deer ice balls by the master glacier. It was good and almost too much. Out of summer, the restaurant has a good child side that changes everything from summer and potentially 200 covered per meal according to the waitress. (200 covers !!! Apart from the snail clamp that was very badly screwed without preventing me from eating them, there's really nothing to say. Unfortunately, you'll have to come back to taste the rest of the card...
