Le Bistrot de Vingre - Saint-Étienne

Situated in center of Saint Etienne, it has a cozy atmosphere.Ideal for a dinner in 2-4 persons.However the food is really average.We have had a plate which was microwave reheated.Nothing special in the way the food is served or it tastes.I was a little disappointed of this local.However the wine was ok, and the service was good.The prices are above average.The dessert was really poor.

Lovely place on a small shopping street. Menu was very nice and the quality of the food and wine was really excellent. Friendly and fast service, sat outside which was really nice!

A good note for the server, I think. pleasant and fast.

Nothing to say that everyone is nice waiter as boss and phillip still can't play football

So to start, customers are not free to choose the payment method. The server (aigri, just like the boss) does not listen to requests. Then if you order an ICE TEA you will be served a NESTEA by certifying you that it is the ICE TEA. The pints are actually jerks! They also offer plates without bread! The wearing of the mask is optional for the boss but mandatory for customers!! Anyway, deplorable!
