Restaurant le Medieval a St Emilion

Especially don't come there with a time imperative!Nothing to say on the kitchen side: good small dishes, simple but tasteful. It's at the service level that it fishes but not necessarily on the staff side. Go to understand why only the boss can take the customer's orders?Well, obviously, with a sun terrace in the summer it complicates things! servers don't know where they are, lose their smile and customers wait, wait, wait. and end up laughing or leaving. Medium reception. a lady (who is found to be one of those responsible) was making the forcing with the customers to boast a local medieval show and a man from the restaurant had thrown his devotee on a client of a table to the point of being very heavy. We had to wait for a good time to order, the arrival of the main dish (of course not made home) and a tiny dessert of the menu. by paying my note to the cash, the boss was "doing his boss" with employees completely submitted. actually medieval restaurant. don't go for the kitchen, for the atmosphere, or for the location.

A good little restaurant with well prepared kitchen. In the family we tasted a good piece of magret honey sauce for one and foie gras sauce for others.The cooking was top as well as the wine 1 chatain mountain chateau st Emilion. The desserts are very copied. Alone flat...the meat comes in the middle of the aperitif... so we ate tiéde...and the coffees at the same time as the desserts... service a little too fast for the evening knowing that the restaurant did not overflow any world... a little damage.

The frame looked nice to us, we were wrong! the staff is unpleasant, at the limit of the impolitity, the boss allows to repress his team with a high voice in front of the customers, it is at the limit of professionalism. the uncomfortable waitress doesn't understand what you ask, brings something else and is the most embarrassed. To finish the visit to the toilet, cleanliness leaves it to be desired, the trash cans overflow and to wipe your hands, you will be satisfied with the towel of the month. Even for a drink, don't stop there!
