Saint Die des vosges wasn't offering such a good food in long time. Tasty and delicately flavoured, served with a kind elegance, don't hesitate to go there, don"t look at the neighborhood (Saint Die des Vosges is not in the list of the beautiful towns of France, even if the Vosges is a beautiful region for lovers of hills and woods, too much unknown).Dining room with wood and stone decoration is nice, maybe a little bit 'cold'.
