Excellent service. The staff at the counter had neglected to give us one of our burgers (or perhaps we had explained our order incorrectly), they nimbly prepared the missing burger served at our table, all with a smile. Good quality and affordable. A good “pit-stop” between Montreal and Quebec!

I arrive, there is already no one, no employee.I wait 2 min, 5 min. Still no one. I hear probably two young people shouting and laughing behind them. I call so they can serve me and no one answers. I also notice the EXTREMELY dirty kitchen in passing. The prep counter is covered in sauce and bread crumbs.I left without being servedBeing a former employee of the chain, it's still very disappointing. For me it would be automatic forwarding

Manager not sociable and not fair with these employees. I had heard about it but seeing it was worse poor youth. When I started 50 years ago it was A&W great experience for me. But not the case with you. ..Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door
