Today was another story. When the cashier ringed our bill, she asked the manager whether corrections were received by the law enforcement rebate. The manager looked at us and shouted, Nope. Then this arrogant look on his face had with a smirk that was very obvious to his abstention. I don't want to take away how great the sandwiches were cuz they are the best in St Cloud. It's quite dang expensive. I paid $21 for just a sandwich. I don't remember when $21 would bring you a rib in a nice restaurant. But that's another story. My irritation comes to the rudeness of the manager. I don't even take care of the discount. Not like the discount is even noticeable. So he reacted to the investigation. Moreover, after we finished our subs, one of my employees has forgotten to grab the cookie he bought, so he went to the counter to get it. The manager looked at him like he stole it. He took all the way back to his seat. On the way out, I approached this clown and asked him if he was the manager, and he answered, "Yes, then I asked him what his name was. Eli was his answer. Smugly reacted, can I help you with something? I said Nope and went out. I also want to add, the rest of the staff was great. But unfortunately, I ruined the behavior of the grim manager. Too many places to eat in St Cloud to to tolerate a D bag.
The staff was very polite and friendly and the sub was great! The only complaint I have is when I went there, it looked like someone either dropped their sub or broke right in front of the door. I felt it should have been cleaned. It was kind of rough! Especially at a meal!
3 things?. They raised the prices 20% a day after college children back to the city. You must benefit from it. It was expensive before, but now restaurants like red lobster and Olive Garden etc. are cheaper. Even if you are not round to donate them? ll skip. Less soup or forget ingredients / Pickle Ek. I've been aware of this for a while, but now with the price increase it's time to say something. And they do not seal the delivery orders like most places now do days. Like with clips or band to hold the bag. So the drivers can mess with your food, so don't ever order the delivery from here.

I'm a permanent rule here. Quintin is the best, friendly worker of FAR! He's really worth the whole experience of coming back. The rest of the staff could learn things from him.
