Horrible restaurant and their customer service were in the Rinne where the food belongs! God forbids you to make a mistake that is ordered by them, instead of correcting THEIR errors, they will just scream and yell at the top of their lungs. It's not a RESTAURANT, it's a BULLY CLUB. If they put this much energy while cooking, maybe their food would be better. I refuse to stray at their low level and actually dig them by even 1 star. BUYER BEWARE they will claim many things in these reviews, but only scream and scream like a prepubescent toddler in pain and leave you in extreme confusion. You don't like that you just wish you had your money. quiet I wish them good day, because this restaurant does not have many days before him!
Made a mistake on the order and charges more. I ask for a refund and offer te reimburse the difference but was not the good difference. I came home and I was missing the dessert. Call and the lady told me they don’t offer the dessert anymore even if It is in the menue that is included. I paided 2 desserts I did not get and she refuse to reimburse. She offer me to come back to her restaurants I m at 30 min driving from this restaurant. Make sure you get the good price and the food you order before paying. They fraud people.
Terrible customer service. I would recommend NOT order from this place. I got the wrong order that I couldn't eat, and they wouldn't replace the product with the right one. The person I spoke to has no solution skills. She argued with me instead of fixing the problem. Not ORDER!
I have eaten at about 15 different Indian restaurants in the region of Montreal, my best spot are MahliSweet and Palais d'Ajit. Like many Indian restaurant I went, they focus on the food more than on the place. So if you want to go there and sit and eat, well, hopefully you can do so outside as inside is not inviting at all.The food is great, I am not a fan of butter chicken, so won't comment. Chicken Tikka Massala was good, not the best, but I did like it, the chicken piece were big and I had enough and there were some piece of pepper in there (not just chicken). Mix that with a Byriany rice and you got a great meal.We also ordered Chicken Tikka, strangely they had no Chicken Tandoori Leg available. The Chicken Tikka are generous and very delicious.Samosa where deception, they were good, but I easily found better elsewhere. Same for Channa Samosa, those were not a satisfying experience as other place can really get you something amazing for that plate. We also had pakora vege, was ok, and Spinach/Cheese, and Tikka Cheese, those were excellent.Naan was great, but not as good as MahliSweet, where they are simply amazing and crunchy.I do not know if they do have a real Tandoori oven at that place, I think so, since the Chicken Tikka seemed BBQ style.Anyway, in Vaudreuil there are like 3 Indian choice, me, I prefer Gaj for their Channa Samosa, I would place this one with the other restaurant I tried which was so-so.Will try different plate next time, I wish they were connected with ordering services like Uber/DoorDash, etc. I feel this place is also more pricey than others.Still, if you are in the area and want some Indian food, well, that is certainly a place to go try.
