Steak-out Charbroiled Delivery

They have removed the indoor waiting area, and now guests must wait outside or in their cars. The new waiting area includes a window for to-go orders, which is a nice touch. We hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse since the pandemic began, so we were unsure of the new procedures. Inside, there’s a somewhat grumpy staff member directing guests; it would be helpful if he was more approachable, especially since it can be confusing for those unfamiliar with the current layout. On a positive note, I appreciated the no-smoking signs posted outside the entrance. However, the front area often becomes crowded, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to navigate through. Just a tip: be ready to hold your breath while passing through!

Danny should absolutely be responsible for training new servers. If management fails to recognize this, they are overlooking his potential. He is a talented young man with exceptional skills in any role that involves customer interaction. During my visit tonight, Danny offered a genuinely authentic experience, and I believe he can consistently maintain that high standard of service. I even heard him sincerely apologize to a nearby table regarding their previous experience, which was truly admirable. Danny, if you come across this, keep up the fantastic work. The hospitality industry is perfect for you!

I had an amazing experience! It was my first visit, and I was impressed by both the food and the service!

We stopped by for a quick lunch, and despite the bustling crowd, we were seated promptly! Our server was kind and extremely attentive without being pushy. Both our steaks and prime rib were cooked to perfection, and we didn't have to wait long at all. The fried pickles were fantastic and pleasantly crispy, unlike the soggy ones you sometimes find elsewhere. We had a delightful experience; the restaurant was clean, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be returning!
