Steak N Shake - Saint Charles

The woman waiting for us over the through window was so helpful and friendly for us that she just made my day. sometimes people in the restaurant industry have a grateful job. I just wanted her to know that I appreciate her and her professionalism and helpfulness.

Something steak and shakes today unfortunately lacks warm and good customer service, as the kiosks have taken over, and often the staff cries to customers when their orders are ready. today our visit was different: we received both excellent fresh, hot and crispy hamburger with tweebel rings, and wonderful customer service with kind permission from woman angie who welcomed us with a big smile, brought our food to the table and was able to stay in the position to chat and laugh for a while with us we enjoyed our food and even more the cheerful, excellent service!

We had a big job, the app was difficult. the personal (from management to below) was very friendly sorting of the question and very fast the order. had a great experience. they were phenomenal!

When they wonder what happened well with all steak n shake restaurants, they disappeared sadly. they could not get any employees before the pandemic, so they could get from the pandemic they changed to order via touchscreen or mobile app. this location was great and is the closest home, although it is not at all close. I use the mobile app to order and then we eat inside. it lets us order a little early and it's ready when we get there. eating is consistently good. hot and fresh. if her cheap as me, but want a good meal stick with the $4 meal and add cheese for her fries. perfection and fills you!

Good food, staff was really friendly and attentive. Floor was super sticky. My Sperry's tried to stay behind when I got up to leave, they were stuck fast.
