Silver Lake Chinese - Saint Charles

This Silver Lake in particular has been our go to for years when looking for Chinese food. They have always been consistent with their flavor throughout the years as well. I’m a huge potsticker lover and Silver Lake has some of the best I’ve ever had. I currently reside in Arizona but I always get my post sticker fix in from here. It’s been a while but the manager that used to work there was also extremely nice when we would dine in. Always a good time. Please never change, I love you!

This is our go-to spot for dinner after a movie. Had the Beef Hor Fun Noodle lunch special, and everything was delicious! Egg roll, egg drop soup, and meal were yummy. Also got some crab rangoons, and they were amazing too! Service is always so nice, and quick too. Definitely visit if you're in the area and in need of good Chinese dishes

We LOVE Chinese and have searched extensively for a good Chinese place in the area. Coming from Chicago and having had dined in Chinatown frequently makes you real picky. Tried every one in the area and all are disappointing. This one was a surprise. The location in St Charles is far better than the one in South Elgin. Its smaller but has a cozy feel. Great house fried rice, egg foo young, Mongolian beef. And cheap! We can often dine for under 20 bucks. But make sure you dine at the St Charles location.

Our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant for years and years! Everything we’ve ever had tasted great, never had anything that wasn’t great! Everyone here is super nice and provides great service. Great for takeout too!

Good food if you want some quick Chinese. I mostly get General Tso and various lo mein dishes. Very good egg rolls as well. They really need to change their online ordering service, though. It does not properly update addresses (I compared my receipt to the driver's ticket) and don't seem to convey special instructions either. It was definitely the online service's fault, not the restaurant's. I'll just call direct from now on.
