Very good food. Highly recommend for lunch and dinner. Try their specials too. I go often and its always excellent!

I didn't give it a vote. My salad was pretty decent. It was arranged nicely and there was plenty to eat. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness. Its very dark and seems sorta smoky. It doesn't give an impression of clean, sanitary atmosphere. I'm going to try it again before I vote it up or down.

Famous Barr French onion soup!. While this is a local small restaurant and bar the food is always very good and cooked to temp. Besides the onion soup the Jack Daniel's Pork Chops are excellent. We started going here for the soup and Chicken Kiev which is no longer on the menu due to the prep time it took. Wish they would bring it back as it was definitely worth the wait.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Mad Dog is a small bar/restaurant in the corner of a strip plaza. They have been in business for several years and always seem to have a decent crowd. At a recent lunch visit, I noticed the clientile was a real mix of business people out for lunch and bikers stopping in. So no worries about being over or under dressed. Anything goes! It's a very casual atmosphere but the menu is above average for a bar. <br/ <br/ They offer daily lunch specials like a taco salad, meat loaf, beef burgandy, meatball sub. The prices are slightly higher than what you would expect. I do think they are justifiable based on the dishes and the higher end ingredients they offer. <br/ <br/ You know how you have that relative or friend who always wanted to be a chef but never went to culinary school? That's how the food is here...it tastes homemade and fresh...better than average and with a simple, but more than the usual pub fare presentation. <br/ <br/ Service was good and friendly and it's a nice choice for lunch.

A little pricey but very good. I really like this place. it's tastefully decorated, comfortable, the service is decent and the food is excellent. it is a little more than i normally like to spend on a meal, but it's reasonable given the quality of the food and the size of the portions. i've eaten here a few times and will be back.
