Kfc - Saint Charles

The service was slow, and the cookies were hard. As the only customer in the restaurant, it took a few minutes just to get acknowledged at the counter, and then over 10 minutes to place a simple order. The staff was polite, and the restaurant itself was clean. The rest of the food was good, but there is definitely room for improvement.

We had to wait a long time for our food, and the service was quite poor. It was concerning to see staff allowing people from the street into the back area where food is prepared and served from the warmer. It was obvious these individuals didn’t belong there, as they weren’t in uniforms. The dining room was very dirty, especially near the command area. Additionally, the sandwich I received had some black spots on it, which left me worried about our health. I'm thankful I don’t live in Missouri, as I wouldn’t want to return to this place, and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

I was disappointed that they were out of four items at 6 PM, including all their original crispy buns. The Taco Bell section was no better, as they were out of rice, which meant my wife couldn't get the salad she wanted. In the end, we only received two of the items we were able to order. This place has definitely offered better experiences in the past.

I would have rated this experience 0 stars if I had. eating looked terrible. we couldn't even get to eat it. they had no offers or koleslaws, and instead of two orders of kartoffels, we have an order of kartoffels and an order of green beans.

Took over and hour to get our dinner. Forgot my drink. I couldn’t get into the restaurant to get one because the dining area was closed. The lady in front of me was there when I arrived and was still waiting on her food when I got back. What the heck is going on here tonight? About a year later Update-I’ve been back a couple of times. They are just as bad. Wrong orders, slow service, out of things, perpetual construction on the building. Just don’t go there. There is another Taco Bell 5minutes away and a couple of other chicken places. They are terrible! I wish I could go lower that 1 Star.
