Growler Usa - Saint Charles

I visited this restaurant last night with friends. We had a brief wait, but we were seated quickly as soon as a table was available. The place was really busy, but our waitress Gabby was fantastic. She took our beer order right away and even recommended a great IPA for me. We only had appetizers, but the food was excellent, and the beer was too. I definitely plan to return, especially if we can have Gabby as our server again!

Next, we tried the Taco Tuesday variety plate, and all three tacos were delicious, complemented perfectly by the green salsa. I ordered the ahi tuna salad, which was beautifully presented. The tuna steak was cooked just right, and both the wasabi mayo and the paradise dressing (served on the side) were outstanding. The pineapple flavor in the dressing was a delightful surprise, and I appreciated that it had a nice thickness rather than being thin and watery. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, like the chicken and waffles or that spicy burger. Great job overall!

Incredible beer, delicious food, and excellent service! Our server, Brayden (I believe that was his name), was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a regular customer. I absolutely love this place!

Every dish I’ve sampled from the menu has been fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the avocado chicken club, buffalo chicken dip, chicken and waffles, and fish tacos. Plus, there’s an impressive selection of beers to choose from. This place has quickly become one of my favorites!

I visited last weekend for the grand opening, and I have to say, this place is fantastic! Everything, from the atmosphere to the service, was impeccable! Our server, Gabrielle, was outstanding—very attentive and incredibly helpful when it came to selecting some delicious beers. She was so great that I returned the very next day! I can't stop raving about the chicken and waffles!
