Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I visited Freddy's a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the service. I tend to enjoy my hamburgers well done, but my burger had a hint of pink in it. I asked if they could cook it a bit longer, and the manager, Zell, immediately offered to make me a brand new one—no questions asked. He even personally brought it to our table, ensuring it was just right. Zell was incredibly kind and professional, making sure we had the best meal possible to suit our tastes. I really appreciated this, especially since I've encountered pushback or annoyance from staff in similar situations at other restaurants. Our food was delicious, and we even treated ourselves to some ice cream, which was wonderfully creamy and tasty. There’s also a younger cashier who works in the evenings, who was not only nice but also funny while taking our order. The outstanding service at this Freddy's definitely has me eager to return!

I had the chili and chicken sandwich, while my son enjoyed the cheeseburger and fries along with a vanilla shake. We love this place and have never been disappointed!

We visited on Saturday around 7:45 PM. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was very friendly. They checked in on us three times to see how everything was, and they even took our tray just as we were about to leave. Great service!
