Przekaż informację zwrotnąAt first, it was a female staff member, who I assumed was a hostess, that helped us. It took some time before we were able to get Megan’s assistance to place our order. However, the rest of the staff was quite helpful, which is why our experience wasn’t completely negative. We ended up ordering our appetizer, entrée, and drinks through the hostess before Megan came to assist us. After I expressed my frustrations to my boyfriend, it seemed that Megan overheard and started to help us more during the remainder of our visit. I would have been more forgiving if I hadn’t noticed her several times ignoring customers instead of checking in on us. In the end, the food was excellent, and I really appreciated the hostess who helped us. Just as a side note, we were seated in a booth in the bar section.
Wish it was possible to leave 0 stars! The worst service I have ever had. My family came in on saturday for dinner. I called before hand to see what the wait was. There was no wait, so we raced over. Now the ONLY thing good I can say is we were seated right away. Then we sat there for 15MINUTES and still no server came to greet us or offer water. NOTHING! We got up and left, which my husband was very vocal about. Again, this was the worst service ever. I will never return
ZERO STARS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I can't believe they are still in business. We were seated, but the host (who I think was the manager) didn’t let anyone know we were there. It took over 15 minutes for a waiter to come by! When we finally got our food, it was completely wrong! There was no waiter around to address the issue. After just a few bites, we both felt nauseous. The staff was just hanging out in the corner, laughing. To top it all off, the table was dirty, and our utensils had old food stuck to them. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!! The long wait messed up the rest of our plans.
I give five stars for the food. However, when we visited around 2 PM, the restaurant was understaffed. Chili's could benefit from having a dedicated on-call staff member, such as a bus boy, to handle cleaning and disinfecting tables, refilling water, and other tasks. This would support the wait staff and help prevent guests from leaving due to long wait times.
This location appears to be understaffed. Our poor server was handling all the tables in the bar area taking orders, delivering food, busing tables, and tending bar. We watched other patrons who arrived after us recevie their food ahead of us. Eventually, after a long wait, we just paid for our drinks and left.
