Arby's - Saint Charles

I attempted to order my sandwich without any toppings, but I was informed that it wasn't possible. The manager spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Awful experience here today because my food was cold. All of it. The fries, crispy chicken sandwich, and slider. Really unappetizing biting into a tough, room temp chicken sandwich with no crunch. Makes me worry about food safety. Reminded me why I avoided this location.

Food was hot an restaurant was clean. Friendly staff too.

This is one of the best fast food spots to check out. Yes, it's Arby's, but the staff is incredibly friendly every time I visit! I typically stop by on weekends, and I've never had a negative experience! A big shoutout to the team here!

The dining room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious.
