Jules John - Saint-Berthevin

For the first time I am extremely disappointed... The young woman who was at the drive-thru does not know the composition of her burgers... In terms of allergens it 's not great... Then we barely arrive at the cabin a hello we easily wait 10 minutes to be served, it wasn 't even 7 p.m. when we arrived... We leave we don 't even get a goodbye or a thank you for the wait. And there 's a surprise when we arrive home, there are crudités in the San Antonio Burrito that we hadn 't been told. The Big John is all crushed and it 's the first time but the meat was poorly cooked... In short, a big disappointment.

I know Jules John, in another region for lunch. For a few euros more, the evening meal is really better (marinated salmon, langoustines, prawns etc etc) really good value for money.

Quality fast food and bakery, offering burger salads or appetite suppressants (hot dog, croque monsieur). Order arrived quickly at the table. The real plus is choosing the full composition of your burger. I'm removing a star because the fountain drink is advertised as unlimited although it is limited to 2 glasses. Then come early because there are lots of queues. Good value for money

We came with family, eating burgers at jules and john's and were not disappointed. I had left a negative comment and a note that went with in or I said never return to it. but there were many improvements visibly because the burgers were good and warm, everything was impeccable. The little plus, the service has table when there is no big world. Thank you michael, an employee of jules and john's, for allowing us to return to this restaurant and fully appreciate what we have eaten.

Good burgers, copious and with fresh ingredients. It changes the usual fast food chains! I recommend!
