Le Verseau - Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois

We went there as a family on a Saturday evening without prior reservation. The welcome was warm, as was the atmosphere. The place is well organized. Two menus are offered or a la carte starters and dishes. The waitress must be in training but very pleasant. The foie gras is really very good, the house smoked salmon too, the duck breast and the lamb shank are well cooked but my preference was for the fish duo, a real treat! The desserts are also well presented, rather simple but good, enough to end the meal on a positive note. I gave 4 stars because we can always improve and I have a favorite restaurant that no one has matched yet but if I could I would have given 4.5 stars all the same. Thank you for this moment.

I came to eat once at Aquarius with my brother who was visiting Ganges, we came to eat here, neither he nor I knew this restaurant, as I am of the sign of Aquarius, I told him it would be nice to come and stop there, a little symbolism for me, and we sat quietly in Aquarius and my intuition was right, not only did we delight our palate but we also appreciated the very cozy and warm atmosphere who reigns there! and their zodiacally versatile cuisine which changes with the menus, the seasons, and everyone 's taste, a haven of tranquility to come and dine peacefully. and my brother and I had a good snack, and we satisfied our hunger at the end as a digestive with a 10 wines small 20 red, I don 't like drinking wine in general, nor alcohol but at the 'an opportunity just to digest it doesn 't hurt! although I always mix it with water, because I can 't stand alcohol! a good idea address that I address to you all simply by telling you that we found this restaurant super good, now it 's up to you to form your own opinion!
