Yuzu Sushi - Saint-Basile-le-Grand

The food was excellent, although it was a bit pricey. The service was slow that Friday night, but considering it’s a new franchise and they were quite busy, I’m sure it will be quicker next time.

The chicken is succulent, it's crispy and it tastes like a chicken that has been well treated. The flavor of the rice isn't too present it's perfect to make the other flavors of the sushi pop out like a firework ! The ingredients taste fresh even thescallop is good and I'm not a fan of it but it's good at Yuzu. The staff is really nice and caring they treat the customers likefriends and they treat the food as if it was gold, gentle and carring people. 10/10 !

The sushi here is outstanding! I'm really happy to see a sushi restaurant on this side of Highway 116.

I had the worst sushi I've ever ordered in my life. The fish and shrimp tasted stale, and even the rice was undercooked. I'm truly disappointed given the price.
