Ben Florentine - Saint-Basile-le-Grand

I had a great meal, but unfortunately the coffee machine was out of order, so I wasn’t able to enjoy my cappuccino.

The menu is quite appealing for a chain restaurant, with plenty of choices. Just browsing through the options for waffles and pancakes is tempting. Unfortunately, like many other places, there is a lack of gluten-free options. They do offer gluten-free bread, but if you have celiac disease, it’s best to choose a different option since they use the same toaster and pans for all breads. The staff were very friendly and, despite the crowd, they were fast and helpful.

I was truly impressed by this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly, cheerful, and very attentive. The ambiance of the place is lovely and well-organized, and the location is excellent. Five stars doesn't seem enough. I can't wait to return soon!

Did not send the right order at all. Something was missing from every plate. There was no meat in any of the plates we ordered, and no bread at all. The eggs were not made like we asked, either. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened tous with this restaurant. Very disappointing.
