Wendy's - Saint Augustine

Restaurant is absolutely filthy. Bathrooms are gross. Not a clean area to be seen. Bypass if you can.After seeing all of the filth in the cooking area I requested a refund. The associate was very rude and said they were too busy to clean and my expectations were too high to eat at fast food.Never in my life have I been I place that dirty that clearly hasn 't been cleaned in days.

Worse Wendy's around. We always get the wrong food, cold fries and my sons chicken sandwich was gooey and not cooked tonight. Also took forever to get food and we didn't order much. Will not be returning. The teenagers that work there don't know what they are doing.

From the dirty outside seating area that continued as we entered the dining room, this was a poor Wendy's experience. The staff was pleasant is the only good thing. Cook was not wearing anything to stop his long hair from getting in to the food. And the thing that really finished me was the chili, it was tomato soup with a few pieces of meat....no beans or anything else. So sad since I love Wendy's chili.

Very dirty. Staff friendly and helpful but place needs some cleaning

It was kind of dirty in the bathrooms. The service was pretty bad. The people were very nice but everyone's order was messed up some way (and not just ours, but all the other customers around us). I think they had a new guy at his first busy time. It seemed they hadn't gotten ahold of the kiosk ordering system. They forgot our fries and gave a wrong sandwich, but they were kind and fixed it as quick as they could.
