Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without getting to place my order, so I decided to back out and go inside. After ordering inside, I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes.

I spent over 45 minutes in the drive-thru last night. We really couldn't leave even if we wanted to, as there were cars in front of us and behind us.

I visited yesterday and used the pay-at-the-machine system, but it didn’t print out a receipt. When I mentioned this to what I think was the manager, she appeared to be annoyed.

Well they sold me a ice cream but did not have ice cream machine working.at the drive tru took forever .and lady next to cashiere was like falling...

Worst staff ever. Dumb leading the dumber. Staff walking around aimlessly
